My mentor didn’t follow the mentor guide

For this case, we ask the student to reach out to the instructor so the instructor can visit the pod and fix the problem properly. We also encourage them to inform the coordinator (the coordinator then will flag it to the volunteer's team). We also encourage the student to flag this through our course survey in the mentor section.
