Why am I unable to access Hackerrank assignments after I complete them?

HackerRank assessments are designed to be done only once. You will not be able to access them or repeat them on the HackerRank platform. You will, however, receive a detailed report once your results are ready, which you can save for future reference or review purposes. You will also be given access to the solutions of the HackerRank assignment on the "Resources" tab after the due date of the assignment.
