Can I be a Tech Fellow for both courses?

Yes, you can be a Tech Fellow for both courses as long as the schedule does not overlap with each other, and there are no visa restrictions.

Note however, that the decision to allow a Tech Fellow to serve in multiple courses is ultimately up to the discretion of the Program Manager in charge of hiring.
