How do I request an absence?

To request an absence, please send an email to support@codepath.org. When making your request, remember to provide a clear and detailed explanation for your absence, supported by relevant proof. Absence requests will be subject for approval from our Programs team and will only be considered excused once approved.

Please note that depending on the course, students are allowed a specific number of absences throughout the entire program duration. These are intended to be used for unavoidable circumstances, and no request is needed for these absences.

• Android: 2 allowed absences
• iOS: 2 allowed absences
• Cybersecurity: 2 allowed absences
• Web Development: 2 allowed absences
• Software Engineering: 3 allowed absences
• Technical Interview Prep: 3 allowed absences
