Who can take a CodePath.org course?

Depending on the course type, we have different eligibility requirements mainly due to funding restrictions, and to stay true to our organization’s mission and vision. These requirements are all mandatory and non-negotiable.

• Must at least be 18 years of age
• Must currently be a US college/university student
• Must not be a high school student
• Must currently be in the US (during the Covid-19 period, we have waived this requirement as long as the applicant can guarantee attendance despite the time difference)
• It is also important that you double-check that you have met all the prerequisites for the course.

For courses running for credit, your university may have decided to limit course enrollment to students of a certain year or major, so please be proactive and ensure that you’ve met the basic eligibility requirements before applying.
