Group meetings are a 30 to 60 minute chat with multiple students and a company representative (most likely a recruiter or hiring manager). The number of students participating may vary between 15 and 25.

Companies will ask students to talk about their career goals and why they are interested in a job/internship with the company. Turn on your camera and make sure you get your points across, but always be polite to other students. Your objective is to stand out to the recruiter and demonstrate that you are a great candidate for their program.
